Jim Zaiser

President & CEO

Jim Zaiser is the president and CEO of Hydro-Thermal, having served as president since January 2008 and as CEO since 2015. Under his leadership, Hydro-Thermal became ISO 9001:2008 certified, developed Kaizen Training and Lean Manufacturing practices, reduced the cost of manufactured goods, added CNC machining centers for efficiency, doubled the size of the facility and achieved pressure vessel code accreditation. Hydro-Thermal has experienced double-digit revenue growth since 2006 and has four international patents pending. Previously, he served as the Director of Operations and International Sales Manager.

Prior to joining the company, he worked for Bosch Automotive as a Project Engineer for a global launch at Ford, and in particular for the premium car group based in Germany.

A native of Wisconsin, Jim serves on his church board, several committees, and as a teacher for the Fox River Congregational Church. He earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, where he met his wife, Erika. They now have three children, two boys and a girl, two of which are twins. Zaiser has competed nationally in sailing, and enjoys golf and jogging during his free time.
