Bryn received his degree in food science from Leeds University, before working with commercial production giants like Northern Foods, Mars and Heinz. With more than 15 years of experience under his belt, Bryn formed the Beech Royd Consultancy. Today his company has more than 20 years in business, and has customers throughout Europe and the US.
