The Brain (Controls)

The brain of the SilverLine is the programmable logic controller (PLC).  The PLC is an integrated, customized, fully automated control panel that monitors your process at all key points.

The Infuze™ temperature control is accurate and quick to respond. Variations in steam pressure, flow rate, and product inlet temperature will affect discharge temperature control accuracy; however, typical systems are capable of +/- 1°F [+/- 0.5°C].

More impressive is the response time for temperature recovery due to sudden upsets. Hence, direct steam injection is the perfect solution for processes variation. Tighter accuracy can be achieved through product sizing customization.
